Information:

Please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may require when attending appointments via Accurx.

At Goyt Valley Medical Practice we try to make it as easy as possible for you to book your appointments using our online form below. Should you have any difficulties using the form, please contact the reception team on Whaley Bridge Medical Practice 01663 735112 or Chapel-en-le-Frith 01663 735112 to discuss.

Contact us with Accurx

You can contact a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional online using a website called Accurx.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.

All appointments are reviewed and assessed by a clinician on the same day and an appointment within an appropriate timeframe will be offered.

You can also use the online booking form via your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App).

Appointments are available at the Whaley Bridge Practice and our branch surgery in Chapel-en-le-Frith.
