From 16th October 2023, Goyt Valley Medical Practice will be introducing a new appointment booking system called Patient Triage. The system allows patients to submit appointment requests and medical and admin queries easily through a weblink on the practice website: goytvalleymedical.co.uk . The requests will be reviewed, and appointments made with the most appropriate clinician for those that need an appointment and aims to improve access to our clinicians.

For those unable to use the system due to inability to access the internet, we still have our helpful reception team who can complete the form on your behalf.
