Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS Register with a GP: Goyt Valley Medical Practice service online
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Visitors and temporary residents
If you are visiting, or are temporarily resident in our area for up to three months, you are not able to register but consultations and treatment are available to you.
