The practice operates a strict confidentiality policy. Information about patients will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation without the patient’s consent.
Records may be accessed by assessors for the Quality and Outcomes Framework, Enhanced Services or the Quality Practice Award. If your records are analysed this will be purely for quality assessment purposes and none of your details will be taken from the practice.
