Practice team

Practice manager

Katherine Freeman

Administration team

Our friendly administration team is responsible for all patient administration to include referrals, hospital correspondence, coding, medical records, letters to patients, data quality work including chronic disease management, blood tests and immunisations plus more besides.

Reception team

Our welcoming and helpful reception team help resolve patient queries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. The team also performs other important tasks such as coordinating prescription enquiries, organising the invitations for chronic disease reviews and answering numerous and varied questions. If you are requesting an appointment, the receptionists will direct you to complete the online request form if you are able.

Our receptionists will only ask for details of your illness or problem to help direct you to the most appropriate resource.

Both the above roles are often very demanding, so please be patient.
